Laser

A cosmetic procedure that uses concentrated, long-wavelength light to target melanin in hair follicles. It heats the follicle's root to destroy it, inhibiting future growth.

Common Application: Face, neck, body

Skin Goals: Long lasting (often permanent) hair reduction and improves hyperpigmentation issues

Procedure Time: Varies, ie. 5-60 minutes depending on the size of the area being treated

Downtime: None, although after-care requires that clients avoid direct sun exposure, saunas, hot baths, and intense exercise for 24–48 hours.

Why we like it:  Effective and generally painless procedure.
